Adjustable wall shelving
Mestra gives you adjustable shelving units within a made-to-measure wall system. It is for planned rail-based storage, not loose shelf boards, brackets or DIY rack components.
Storage planning
Fixed shelving units can look right on day one and feel wrong once the room changes. Books, ceramics, records, speakers and work equipment all need different clearances, and a single fixed spacing rarely suits everything.
Mestra is not loose shelf boards or a retail bracket kit. It is a made-to-measure wall-mounted shelving unit with shelf positions planned inside a rail system.
Mestra approach
Mestra uses wall-mounted rails with repeated fixing positions. Shelves attach to the rail structure, so you can plan shelf heights inside the system rather than accepting one fixed shelf layout.
The rails and bays still define the framework. Mestra is not infinitely variable, but the open shelving can be arranged more deliberately than a standard fixed unit.

Place height-adjustable shelves at useful levels within the rail positions.
Choose the spacing and width of the shelving across the wall.
Combine adjustable wall shelves with drawer cabinets or door cabinets.
Plan the system around the wall width and rail height you choose.

Open shelves are designed around the rail system, but any changes should stay within the installed layout and wall-loading limits. If you plan to change the layout often, ask before ordering.
