Made to measure at Mestra means the system is configured and made to order from your room measurements. You choose bay widths, rail height, number of bays and storage modules within the logic of the Mestra system.
It is not standard off-the-shelf furniture, and it is not fully bespoke joinery. That middle position is the point.

What can I add besides shelves?
